Authorities are investigating the deaths of a man and woman following a “suspicious incident” in Dania Beach early Monday, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO).
Deputies responded to a call around 1:45 a.m. in the 600 block of East Dania Beach Boulevard, where they discovered a woman’s body inside an apartment building. A man was also found at the scene and transported to a hospital, where he later died.
Their identities have not been released, and details surrounding the incident remain unclear.
BSO’s Crime Scene and Homicide Units are actively investigating but assured the public that there is no immediate threat to the community.
