Cassandra Martin, a flight attendant for Surjet, described an extraordinary sighting during a flight over the Bahamas on December 23. She and two pilots noticed a strange object in the sky after receiving an alert from Miami air traffic control about a foreign object.
Martin captured the event on her phone, noting the object’s transformation from white to green with an electric-like field. The object followed their plane, flying higher than 45,000 feet for about 45 minutes, before disappearing.
The sighting resembled past reports from military pilots, where similar objects, sometimes referred to as “orbs” or “Tictacs,” exhibited unusual flight patterns. Bryan Bender, a defense expert, emphasized the importance of investigating such phenomena for national security and aviation safety, noting the Pentagon’s efforts in this area.
Martin described the experience as eerie but fascinating, as the object maneuvered in ways that defy conventional understanding of physics. The nature of the sighting remains unexplained, sparking curiosity and concern within the aviation community.
