A robbery suspect was arrested Thursday in Miami after crashing into another car, police reported.
Officers identified a white Mercedes matching the description of a vehicle linked to a prior robbery near Northwest 23rd Avenue and 50th Street. The car crashed into another vehicle during the investigation.
The driver of the Mercedes was arrested and will face charges for possessing a stolen firearm found in the vehicle. Police have not released their identity.
The other driver involved in the crash was unharmed.
Three passengers, aged 19 to 20, were also in the Mercedes but are not currently facing charges.
