OnlyFans Model in Murder Case Wants Prosecutors Removed

Courtney Clenney, a social media model accused of fatally stabbing her boyfriend in 2022, is seeking to disqualify the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office from her case. Her attorneys allege prosecutors accessed privileged communications, violating her legal rights.

While one prosecutor has already withdrawn, Clenney’s legal team argues that the entire office should be removed. Prosecutors insist the case should proceed with the current team, blaming the incident on one individual. A ruling is expected next month.

Clenney, who had over 2 million Instagram followers under the name “Courtney Tailor,” remains in custody without bond. She’s charged with second-degree murder in the killing of Christian Obumseli, which she claims was self-defense. Prosecutors argue he was a victim of ongoing domestic violence. A trial date has not yet been set.
