A 22-year-old Miami woman, Lareine Barbie Cruz, is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder and displaying a firearm while committing a felony. She allegedly shot another woman in the neck during an argument over a man they were both involved with. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Cruz was arrested and remains in custody without bond. They were both married to the same man and this led to the dispute.
