Missing Davie Man Found Dead After Two-Month Search

A months-long search for Hunter Raymond Gutierrez, 30, ended tragically on Thursday when his family announced he had been found deceased. Gutierrez, who had a history of mental health struggles, disappeared on June 1 after walking away from his home in Davie’s Imagination Farms neighborhood, leaving behind his wallet, phone, and other belongings.

The search spanned Davie, Plantation, and Weston, with volunteers and police combing the area for weeks. Davie Police later confirmed that a body had been discovered in a nearby lake, though formal identification has yet to be made. The family shared their grief on Facebook, thanking the community for its support.
