A fine arts teacher at Miami Southridge Senior High School was arrested on four counts of battery and charged with offenses against students by an authority figure. Rudolph Infante, 53, had his bond set at $14,000. Miami-Dade County Public Schools said it has initiated termination proceedings and will bar Infante from future employment with the district.
