PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – South Florida residents are waking up to another chilly morning with temperatures in the 50s. Tuesday will see a breezy, sunny day, with highs only reaching the low 70s.
The National Weather Service has issued advisories for beachgoers and boaters, urging caution due to rough conditions. A reinforcing cold front will bring even colder air to the region Tuesday night, with wind chills potentially dropping into the upper 40s by Wednesday morning.
Fortunately, the cold snap will be brief. By Wednesday afternoon, winds will shift to the east, bringing a warming trend. Highs are expected to return to near-average temperatures, reaching the upper 70s by the end of the week.
