On Christmas Eve, come down to the 12-mile route of the Intracoastal Highway to witness amazing light displays and all sorts of vessels adorned with lights, including Rudolph, Santa Claus, and other holiday favorites.
5. City of Coral Gable’s tree lighting and holiday park
This holiday season, come and experience the most treasured tradition in Coral Gables – now with even more fanfare! Enjoy a festive atmosphere complete with twinkling lights, holiday music, and more. Don’t miss out on this cherished event that has something for everyone in the family. The officials will turn on the large Christmas tree in front of City Hall to open Holiday Park. There will be performances, games, and food at the event. Preregistration is required for all attendees. VIP tickets are available for Coral Gables residents and include access to a special VIP lounge.
6. Gulfstream Park’s Symphony of Lights
A new and magical light show is displayed every day at the park. This amazing display is sure to delight everyone who sees it. During the evening from 6 pm to 11 pm, there are 10 minutes of illumination with classic holiday songs. The lights dance in perfect time with the music, creating a festive and magical atmosphere for all to enjoy. Santa Claus is able to come for appearances and photos on certain nights.
7. The holidays on Lincoln Road
Each year, Lincoln Road’s iconic Christmas tree delights locals and visitors alike with its 30-foot stature and twinkling lights. The tradition started many years ago and has since become a cherished part of Miami’s holiday season. Situated next to the tree is Santa’s Cabana, where a festive Papa Noel can be found spreading cheer throughout the holiday season. Each night at 6 pm, a candle will be lit from the menorah, to commemorate Hannukah. Every evening there will be festive bites like latkes and falafels on the promenade.
8. Pinecrest Gardens’ Nights of Lights
One of Miami’s best holiday traditions is taking a stroll through Pinecrest Gardens’ yearly winter wonderland. The landscape is covered in thousands of beautiful lights, making it an amazing sight to see. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! 10. Light up the Night at CityPlace Doral
CityPlace Doral is gearing up for a big holiday celebration. It will be a festive event with plenty of food, music, and fun. The Christmas tree and surrounding palm trees are lit by a spectacular fountain show synchronized to holiday tunes. This beautiful and festive event is sure to get everyone into the holiday spirit! The city mayor of Doral, Juan Carlos Bermudez, will be hosting a tree-lighting ceremony featuring a performance by the Yuletide Carolers. If you can’t make it over the weekend, don’t worry! The magical displays will go on throughout the holiday season.
