Families are raising the alarm over harsh conditions at the Everglades migrant detention facility nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz.” Eveling Ortiz says her boyfriend, Vladimir Miranda, a Cuban migrant detained after a court hearing, is now suffering in the facility alongside others lacking water, hygiene, and legal access.
